Customer Care Program

Customer Care is a process, a way of doing business, It doesn't belong in a department or to an individual but is a discipline that must be practiced by all employees in order for the impact to be felt. That way of thinking is prevalent through all aspects of TriStar Corporation. We have a company-wide Customer Care Program that ensures all of our customers receive the highest level of services and professionalism possible. If it's not the case, we're not doing our job.

We have also developed a program that some customers require which goes above and beyond normal customer care. This program focuses on 4 things:

  1. Generating ROI on Existing Software
  2. Partnering with customer for a long term relationship
  3. Improving utilization of software to generate metrics
  4. Understanding goals in order to maximize investment

This billable engagement typically centers on a retainer type package. This begins with a ten-step engagement that defines engineering objectives, establishes a regular communication schedule and generates a 30-60-90 day plan. It is divided into four categories: Customer Interface, User Development, Process Improvement and Product and Programs. You'll be assigned a dedicated lead consultant as your single point of contact, both onsite and offsite to ensure your investment in PTC products is maximized.
