Detailing Quickstart

Detailing in Pro/ENGINEER can be highly automated if the time is taken to set up the automation. This is when the time savings are realized. So many companies do not take advantage of the capabilities available due to internal deadlines and other emergencies that take precedence. This 3-day engagement focuses on obtaining the automation promised with drawing mode. Don't waste another day manually typing your Bill of Materials in your drawing when you don't have to.

Typical activities we focus on are:

• Review of Company Standards
• Create Drawing Templates and Configuration files. This includes updating all necessary drawing configuration files and Pro/ENGINEER configuration files. Working with Pro/INTRALINK may be necessary to properly control the files.
