Kevin Alexander
Technical Sales Manager

Kevin Alexander serves as the Technical Sales Manager for TriStar Inc. Mr. Alexander joined TriStar in 2003 as a Senior Engineer in the Consulting & Education Services group before leaving in 2006 to facilitate a PLM implementation at Fluidmaster Incorporated – a TriStar customer. In 2008, he returned to TriStar to leverage his “real-world” implementation expertise. Prior to Tristar, Mr. Alexander was with Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC), where he held roles of increasing seniority in PLM, PDM, and CAx technical pre-sales.

In his 13-year career, Mr. Alexander has developed deep domain expertise in the deployment and usage of product development systems. Having functioned as an Applications Engineer, Trainer, Consultant, and PLM Administrator, Mr. Alexander has cultivated a relaxed, easy-going approach towards working with his customers - who appreciate not only his experience and deep technology expertise but also his candor as regards product development concerns.

At TriStar, Mr. Alexander endeavors to uphold his Technical Sales Team’s reputation as a “technological tour de force.” He and his team continuously strive to map customer product development requirements to PTC PLM solutions, focusing on the Value and Vision of PLM instead of simply features and functions.

Mr. Alexander earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Louisville. He currently resides in Bowling Green, KY with his wonderful wife of 13 years and their 4 children. In his limited free time, he enjoys tinkering as a shade tree mechanic!

Bryan Enabnit
Business Development Manager - East

Bryan Enabnit serves as the Business Development Manager for TriStar Inc. Mr. Enabnit joined TriStar in 2002 as a Senior Account Manager. In 2006 he moved to Atlanta, GA where he started the SE region and eventually became the Regional Director. Prior to TriStar, he owned his own reseller in Southern California, was part owner and engineering director of a composites company and worked as an senior application specialist at Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC).

In his 15-year career, Mr. Enabnit has developed expertise in selling and deployment of product development systems. Having functioned as an Applications Engineer, Trainer, Consultant, and Sales Representative, Mr. Enabnit has developed a deep understanding of the product development process and is able to adapt his skills to a variety of products and complex situations. His sole responsibility is making sure TriStar customers maximize the return on investment of the products and services sold.

Mr. Enabnit earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Auburn. He currently resides in Atlanta, GA with his wonderful wife of 11 years and their two children. In his limited free time, he enjoys beach volleyball, mountain biking and racquetball.

Kamlesh Gosalia
Senior Application Engineer

Kamlesh Gosalia is a Senior Application Engineer at TriStar Inc. focusing on PTC Windchill implementations including Product Data Management (PDM) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).

Experience
Mr. Gosalia specializes in the CAD/CAM/PDM/PLM domain and has eight years experience in the implementation, migration, upgrade, and testing for various applications such as Windchill, Enovia, Delmia, Wildfire, CATIA, etc.

Mr. Gosalia joined TriStar Inc. in 2007 as an Application Engineer. He worked on Pro/INTRALINK 3.x to Windchill migration projects before being promoted to Senior Application Specialist. He is also an expert in deployment of Windchill modules and configurations, namely replication, Oracle to MSSQL database migration, Supplier Management, Workgroup Manager for third party CAD applications, ERP Connector, Change Management, Windchill Customization, Active Directory Integration, HTTPS, and Reverse proxy Setup on Windows and UNIX platforms.

Prior to TriStar, Mr. Gosalia served for SCONCE Solutions Pte. Ltd. Singapore, where he worked on Windchill migrations and testing of PTC DMan products for Toyota, Japan. Mr. Gosalia also worked with PTC R&D, India in Windchill QA, and Delmia Solutions Pvt. Ltd., India in Digital manufacturing software QA.

Mr. Gosalia is a PTC certified Windchill Implementer and Migrator with various other certifications and skill sets.

Education
Mr. Gosalia attended the University of Mumbai, India, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. He later earned his master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in CAD from the University of Madras, India.

Chris Jones
Business Development Manager - West

Chris Jones serves as the Sr. Account Manager - PLM Services for TriStar Inc. In this role Mr. Jones has a singular focus on growing TriStar’s consulting services revenue, while ensuring TriStar customers receive world-class service. He joined TriStar in 2006 as the Rocky Mountain area territory Account Manager and enjoyed considerable success as a sales rep for the company, closing several enterprise PLM deals, including some of the company’s largest. Prior to accepting the role of Sr. Account Manager - PLM Services, Mr. Jones worked as a Business Development Manager for TriStar, utilizing the combination of his technical and sales backgrounds to manage the technical aspects of enterprise PLM campaigns for TriStar.

Mr. Jones has a decade of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) industry experience, having worked at several enterprise PLM consultancies and value-added resellers in a variety of consulting capacities prior to joining TriStar. Chris has a deep knowledge of PLM tools and their proper application to achieve product development efficiencies in support of business initiatives. He has either led or been a part of PLM implementations at over 25 different companies, including Lockheed Martin Space Systems, General Dynamics Land Systems, Northrop Grumman, Nike, Trane, Dell and St. Jude Medical.

Chris lives in Denver, CO, with his wife and 2 children, where he enjoys skiing, hiking, fishing, hunting and camping in his free time. Chris received an Honorable Discharge from the U.S. Navy in 1994 and is a 1999 graduate of the Information Technology Institute in partnership with the Colorado State University.

Larry J. Leu
Consulting Services Manager

Larry J. Leu is the Consulting Services Manager for TriStar Inc. Mr. Leu joined TriStar in January 2004 originally as an Application Engineer in the Consulting and Education Services Group and rose to prominence for his deep technical knowledge and abundant industry perspective. His early achievements and success with major account deployments led to his promotion to manager. Prior to TriStar, he worked at Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC) as a Senior Consultant in their Global Services Organization.

Mr. Leu has worked in product development for nearly 30 years, gaining experiences in a broad array of industries and technologies such as automotive, aerospace, PLM / PDM, and CAD / CAE. In his 13 years in the Automotive Industry, Mr. Leu specialized in automotive body structure design and advanced component and system R&D. As an Electronics Research Assistant in the Aerospace and Defense industry, and as a product design engineer with other discrete manufacturers, he gained a tremendous base of experience in which to leverage best practices from.

At TriStar, Mr. Leu provides PLM and PDM consulting services to our largest accounts, focusing on providing superior value and customer satisfaction. Mr. Leu has conducted over 34 Windchill deployments, including: new installations, migration from Intralink 3.X, maintenance updates, upgrade from 8.0 to 9.1, MCAD/ ECAD Workgroup manager, Cognos Business reporting / integration / customization, ERP Integration, and Workflow customization.

Mr. Leu earned dual Master degrees; a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from University of Texas at Arlington and a Master of Science in Technology Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) while working for General Motors. He also holds a patent in Advanced Vehicle Bumper Design, generated while working for the Ford Motor Company.

Igor Varshavsky
Senior Application Engineer

Igor Varshavsky serves as a Senior Application Engineer and Instructor for TriStar Inc. Areas of expertise of Mr. Varshavsky include PDM/PLM, CAD and Manufacturing flavors PTC products. Through countless engagements, as a practitioner and project lead Mr. Varshavsky has garnered exceptional experience across industries as diverse as aerospace and defense, consumer products, high technology, and life sciences.

Mr. Varshavsky specialized in Windchill and Pro/Intralink set of PTC products, advanced CAD modeling, Manufacturing and Design Automation.

Prior to joining Tristar Mr. Varshavsky worked directly for PTC as a R&D Product Definition Application Engineer in different areas of Pro/Engineer.

Mr. Varshavsky has over 15 years of experience in CAD industry and Manufacturing, worked for 4 years for one of the largest international manufacturers of Metal Cutting Tools and has several inventions and patents in that field. Mr. Varshavsky also has real life experience with designing of Plastic Injection Molds and CNC machining and programming.

Mr. Varshavsky earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering from the Ben Gurion University of the Negev. Mr. Varshavsky also certified in large number in PTC educational classes.
