TriStar announces appointment of regional directors for northeast and southeast United States

Phoenix, AZ – August 10, 2007 – TriStar Inc. is pleased to announce that it has hired Bryan Enabnit and Tom Rodgers for the positions of regional directors for the southeast and northeast United States, respectively. As such, they will oversee all sales activities for their respective territories and will serve as dedicated expert resources for customers in those regions.

After great success with the appointment of Mat Andresen to regional director for the central U.S. last month, TriStar has added Enabnit and Rodgers to cover additional territories in the U.S. “TriStar is continuing its commitment to customer success by hiring seasoned industry professionals to work with our sales and technical staffs to bring our customers higher value,” said the company’s president, Pat Maderia. “As PTC’s largest VAR, that’s what we need to do; value is what the V in VAR stands for.”

With the recent growth of the company, TriStar recognizes the importance of maintaining the same level of customer service on which it has always prided itself, while continuing to offer a growing line of products and services in order to meet the evolving needs of its customers. In the last year, TriStar, a PTC value added reseller (VAR) and manufacturer of engineering workstations, has extended into the Canadian and Mexican markets, revamped its staffing and hardware divisions, and added new software products and a full range of consulting services.

Enabnit graduated from Auburn University in 1996 with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and went to work with PTC as an application engineer. In 2000, he became a partner with The Carbon Works, a composites company manufacturing components for the aftermarket racing industry. After gaining vital experience through several strategic career moves, he has now joined TriStar.

Rodgers has a bachelor of science in engineering and leadership studies from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from Oklahoma City University. With a background in both engineering and technology, he progressed through the ranks at General Electric, worked for several software companies including Cognos, Ascential and PTC, and has most recently held the position of vice president of product development for Akron Brass Company.
